(1) Before installation, check whether the model, rated current, rated voltage, rated breaking capacity and other parameters of the fuse meet the specified requirements.

(2) In addition to ensuring sufficient electrical distance when installing fuses, sufficient spacing should also be ensured to facilitate removal and replacement of the fuse.

(3) During installation, the contact between the melt and the contact knife, as well as the contact knife and the contact knife seat should be ensured to be close and reliable, so as to prevent the temperature of the melt from rising due to heating at the contact point and accidental fusing.

(4) When installing the melt, good contact must be ensured and no mechanical damage is allowed, otherwise the accuracy will be reduced.

(5) Fuses should be installed on each phase line. Fuses should not be installed on the neutral line of a three-phase four-wire power supply, while fuses should be installed on the neutral line of a single-phase two-wire system.

(6) When installing the fuse in a porcelain plug-in fuse, the fuse should be passed around in the direction of screw tightening. At the same time, care should be taken not to scratch the fuse, nor to tighten the fuse to avoid reducing the cross-sectional size of the fuse or Blow the fuse.
